About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide business application solutions that enhance Servicing agents’ experiences supporting loan and lease customers
  • Build solutions on Salesforce
  • Integrate Salesforce with custom applications on Azure and AWS and third-party solutions
  • Help stand up a new Salesforce instance
  • Work with Salesforce resources to define Automotive Cloud usage and related data architecture for a captive lender
  • Develop using custom LWC, Apex, Flows, and Scheduled jobs
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts and technical architects to implement compliant and efficient solutions
  • Promote DevOps and delivery practices including testing and monitoring
  • Help define and implement microservices and API-first design practices integrating Salesforce into the enterprise technology landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field; and/or commensurate experience preferred
  • 4-6 years of Salesforce Experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and related Salesforce technologies such as Own
  • Deep understanding of integrating Salesforce with enterprise technologies across Azure and AWS
  • Knowledge of Apex triggers, classes, Flows, Scheduled jobs, Cases, and Service Cloud work processes
  • Ability to deliver encryption configurations, user security profiles and permissions, monitoring, and disaster recovery using Own
  • Ability to design data synchronization between Salesforce and other systems
  • Experience delivering outbound and inbound API integrations
  • Knowledge of best practices for Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations
  • Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with business subject matter experts, architects, developers, and product teams
