About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS technical solutions meeting business requirements
Deliver system enhancements, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Provide technical specifications, unit test plans, and installation plans
Perform problem analysis, coding, unit testing, and debugging
Coordinate with team members on solutions and conduct design and code reviews
Develop advanced Oracle EBS solutions and related technologies
Develop file and database structures and interfaces between internal and external systems
Provide third-tier user support during installation and end-user training
Design forms, reports, data collection, processing, and control procedures
Create and maintain documentation using AIM methodology
Maintain technical and functional competence
Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and relationships outside the company
Work with vendors such as Oracle Managed Cloud Services and KoFax

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R11i and R12, primarily Oracle Financials and HCM modules
Experience developing all aspects of RICE objects
Experience designing and developing Workflows and AME rules
Experience designing and developing complex Oracle Forms and Reports
Experience developing reports in BI Publisher and Discoverer
Experience with Unix/Linux Shell scripts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, software library control and editing products
Knowledge of encryption and security protocols
Knowledge and understanding of SOA concepts and IDEs such as TOAD, SQL Navigator, PL/SQL Developer and JDeveloper
Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and OAF skills, including performance tuning
Ability to interpret and write technical publications, diagrams, and project specifications
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
7-10 years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, testing, documenting, and production support of Oracle e-Business applications
5-7 years of XML, JSON, XSLT, and Web Services experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience required
Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Skills evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
Experience integrating AI into workflows
Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection
Must not require visa sponsorship
Limited travel may be required; flexibility to work long hours may be required
