About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead execution of product backlogs and corresponding portfolio roadmaps
  • Support multiple products by developing integrated strategies covering strategic priorities, product strategy and planning, technical debt management, and human capital strategy and planning
  • Establish strategic planning across business groups
  • Serve as subject matter expert and own delivery of assigned strategies
  • Translate organizational vision, strategic priorities, and goals into feature and enhancement roadmaps
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
  • Lead high-level prioritization of initiatives across channels and touchpoints
  • Lead and nurture direct and/or indirect team members implementing the product roadmap
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments
  • Identify and analyze problems and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative information
  • Establish decision criteria, evaluate alternatives, and make timely decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience and knowledge of product management, software product lifecycle, road mapping, and SCRUM/Agile methodologies
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, developers, etc.
  • Proven track record of project execution and completing strategic initiatives on time and on budget
  • Extensive knowledge of market research methods, drivers and trends that impact the business
  • Ability to analyze performance measurements and identify key performance insights
  • Ability to act as a liaison between business issues, internal and external ITS partners, and technology solutions
  • Ability to build consensus and work harmoniously with others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 6–8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required
  • 2–4 years of leadership experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent experience required
  • Agile Certifications required
