About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide analytical support for assigned business areas, including analysis, design, project estimation, product support, and systems administration
  • Plan, organize, and direct implementation and/or development of Treasury projects related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management
  • Support securitization and bank reconciliation tools and systems
  • Coordinate testing, develop test scripts, review documentation and test results, and communicate issues to management, developers, and business analysts
  • Interface with customers to resolve product and process issues
  • Administer configuration and setup of business application software
  • Communicate business systems and project status to management and business partners
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements and recommend innovative system solutions
  • Coordinate with internal business units to facilitate project completion
  • Provide technical advice to project managers and technical staff on business systems and system utilities
  • Interpret business rules for functional and technical specifications, system designs, and solution documentation
  • Liaise with software vendors and suppliers
  • Provide direction and mentoring to entry-level analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes for Treasury groups for financial instruments, cash management, and asset backed securities
  • Awareness of cybersecurity methodologies, policies, standards and best practices
  • Awareness of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, including ISO 27000, NIST, and FFIEC
  • Intermediate Crystal Reports skills preferred, not required
  • Ability to read and understand complex technical manuals and documentation pertaining to computer and software applications and equipment
  • Ability to interpret complex technical publications, diagrams, and project specifications
  • Advanced experience with data visualization concepts and tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL, preferably PL/SQL or MSSQL
  • Experience with AI-assisted software development or automation preferred
  • Knowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality preferred
  • Awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience required
