About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute across all areas of development as a member of an Agile Scrum team
Work under limited or no supervisory guidance and consistently deliver on commitments
Develop product features for React UI, middle-tier and back-end systems, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and API services
Contribute to test automation and participate in peer reviews
Maintain a production-first mindset focused on scale and uptime
Rapidly triage and resolve production issues
Invest in Agile practices to improve product quality, time to market, and team member satisfaction
Learn tools and languages across multiple domains and swarm or fill gaps to meet commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated software development expertise in C#
Data and query analysis and optimization
In-depth knowledge of Azure preferred
Test data management for automated, repeatable, and reliable testing
Experience developing new features, automated tests, and security controls
Experience working within Agile Scrum teams
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and work across teams
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills
Expertise in Azure DevOps, Terraform, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Git, Microsoft Azure, Service Bus, Microsoft SQL Server, Kubernetes/K8s, message queuing, React, Angular, Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker, C#, PowerShell, Bash, and Oracle
Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
Experience integrating AI into workflows
Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation
Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection
2–4 years of software development experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field and/or commensurate experience preferred
