About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the technical and architectural vision for solutions through technical trade-offs and analysis of alternatives
- Continuously evolve solution architecture with input from application architects and software engineers
- Outline primary solution components, interfaces, and interactions
- Plan and develop architecture runway enablers through research, prototyping, and evaluation of prospective solutions
- Translate product requirements into technical requirements with Product Managers, Product Owners, Application Architects, and Software Engineering teams
- Develop stories that can be estimated accurately
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums to understand and remove architectural impediments and blockers
- Participate in Solution Demos and program planning
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical leadership for Agile teams and communicate a shared technical vision
- Architect end-to-end Azure solutions for mobile and web applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to use AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
- Experience with AI-assisted software development or automation
- Knowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality
- Awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, and XP
- Advanced knowledge of multi-tier application architecture design, full SDLC application development, and application integration
- Advanced knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture concepts, including SOAP, Web API, REST API, and microservices
- Advanced knowledge of implementing solution architecture across technology, information, data, application, security, and integration architecture domains
- Ability to overcome steep learning curves quickly and speak intelligently about new subjects
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability
- Ability to self-manage time and priorities in a complex multi-team Agile environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work through others to achieve more than individual contribution
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products preferred
- Experience with mobile application development preferred
- Experience building cloud solution architectures using public clouds, including IaaS and PaaS, preferred
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes preferred
- Must not require visa sponsorship
