About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results, efficiency, and return on ad spend
  • Use in-platform reporting and analytics tools to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, audience performance, bidding strategies, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Build, maintain, and validate campaign tracking and measurement using GA4 and other reporting tools
  • Pull and analyze performance data, develop recurring reports, and communicate key findings to internal teams
  • Collaborate with account service, creative, and media team members to support client goals and campaign success
  • Traffic digital assets and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and paid media best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Demonstrated experience with day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns with meaningful budgets and defined performance goals
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to independently manage daily campaign operations while balancing multiple priorities
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to continuously improve campaign results
  • Agency experience (bonus)
  • Google Campaign Manager experience (bonus)
  • Experience supporting clients in consumer products, higher education, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing (bonus)
