About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design engaging visuals and write copy for websites, promotional materials, and communication tools used in the buildings
- Visit the buildings to capture community life and create videos, stories, and spontaneous content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose new content formats
- Collaborate with the partner agency on content planning and creation
- Respond to Google reviews and maintain an engaged presence in building discussion groups
- Keep website information up to date
- Publish blog posts and optimize listings on partner platforms
- Coordinate the logistics for project launches, open houses, the annual fundraising campaign, and resident activities
- Collaborate with building teams, agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and proofread newsletters and promotional materials
- Support invoice tracking and approval, as well as the updating of marketing budgets
- Extract key reports in DashQ and identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor industry trends, web practices, and innovations
- Work daily with the Marketing Manager to develop the brand, communities, and marketing campaigns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education in marketing, communications, or content creation
- Demonstrated initial experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with graphic design and editing tools
- Interest in technology and artificial intelligence tools
- Excellent written French
- Working proficiency in English
- Ability to adapt tone to different audiences
- Comfortable managing web content through a CMS
- Experience with or aptitude for data analysis (DashQ)
- Comfortable managing social media communities
- Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Availability for occasional on-site travel
