About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new clients, from growing SMBs to large enterprises
  • Prospect through cold calling, email marketing, meetings, nurturing, and qualification through to closing
  • Analyze the inactive client database to identify new sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets through consultative selling
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, vice presidents, and HR and operations leaders
  • Leverage your business network and professional profile to generate qualified opportunities
  • Represent Go RH at business events and travel to meet with clients
  • Identify clients’ HR and organizational challenges and propose solutions aligned with their business objectives
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up and ongoing communication with prospects
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Go RH’s services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to delivery
  • Proactively resolve client issues
  • Contribute to service offering positioning and business development strategy
  • Complete documented account handoffs to farmer teams to support renewals and cross-selling
  • Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Client Experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience selling services, consulting, professional services, or B2B solutions, supported by demonstrated results
  • Experience working with organizations of varying sizes, including large enterprises
  • Strong understanding of decision-making processes and complex buying cycles
  • Extensive business network and established reputation in the business community
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with director-level and more senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and strong discipline in pipeline management
  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written French
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Availability for frequent travel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience or knowledge in human resources, HR consulting, recruitment, or outsourcing is an asset
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and tenacious
