About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business decision-making and performance improvement through data analysis, reporting, and the development of business intelligence solutions
- Collaborate with LB Beyond Road stakeholders to understand business needs and develop relevant analyses
- Maintain reporting tools and data governance practices
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Analyze requirements, draft specifications, and clean and prepare data
- Identify trends and patterns
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Group ethical standards and data governance rules
- Manage and support data sources, including Data Lake environments, internal data repositories, and external databases
- Collaborate with process partners, process engineers, and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Promote development standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement among Citizen Developers
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions for process teams and their internal partners
- Provide Level 1 support for reporting and analytics tools
- Maintain user documentation and provide user training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence and data management
- Experience within a business department in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships across functions
- Adaptable and customer-focused
- Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and able to learn quickly
- Proactive with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to continuously develop skills, improve processes, and deliver results
