About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deploy and manage Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) technology across on-premises, public cloud, and managed workstations
  • Deploy and manage agent-based and network-based vulnerability scanners for the Vulnerability Management program
  • Resolve complex issues involving workforce members and endpoint/data security controls
  • Collaborate across functions to diagnose, resolve, and document technical and user-impact challenges
  • Build, implement, and operate support processes for system administrators and internal collaborators
  • Assist Security Operations and Incident Response with security incidents, including rotational on-call duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of security engineering or security operations in a large-scale environment
  • Hands-on experience with modern endpoint protection technologies such as EDR
  • Ability to communicate complex security concepts and provide actionable guidance to technical and non-technical workforce members
  • Linux administration and scripting, including Python and Bash
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CCNA (optional)
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban agile practices (optional)
