About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Business Analytics team responsible for long-term revenue forecasting, contact forecasting, capacity planning, and strategic modeling
Establish an integrated modeling framework connecting commercial assumptions, customer demand, productivity, workforce capacity, hiring, training, and financial outcomes
Build and oversee forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity models
Evaluate demand, conversion, productivity, AHT, attrition, automation, and hiring timelines
Translate analytical outputs into capacity, hiring, training, and investment recommendations
Communicate outlook, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs to senior and executive leaders
Establish standards for forecasting methodology, model governance, validation, backtesting, documentation, and continuous improvement
Advance automation, scalability, predictive accuracy, and speed to insight
Partner with Care leadership, Finance, Operations, Recruiting, Command Center, and other cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in business analytics, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, capacity planning, or a related quantitative discipline
3+ years of people leadership experience
Experience developing analytics professionals and leading complex, cross-functional analytical initiatives
Experience building and improving forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning capabilities
Experience with time-series forecasting, model validation, backtesting, and sensitivity analysis
Strong SQL proficiency
Working knowledge of Python and/or R for analytical modeling, automation, or forecast development
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong financial and operational acumen
Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, data-driven recommendations and influence senior and executive stakeholders
Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field is a plus
