About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate work between the ERP, data lake and analytics layers of the solution
Detect process changes with different teams and translate them into impacts on analytics solutions, such as affected data fields
Lead testing across all project waves
Manage resources and track resource usage
Synchronize solutions across ERPs, the data lake, other data sources and the analytics products being built
Keep local analytics teams, local business stakeholders and the project team informed
Coordinate and lead knowledge transfer between analytics and IT teams
Coordinate documentation and knowledge-transfer sign-off
Monitor and assess the impact of each wave

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing or coordinating data, analytics, or IT projects
Experience working across ERP, data platform, and analytics/BI teams
Ability to understand how business process changes affect data models, fields and reports
Experience leading testing cycles and coordinating sign-offs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent, business-level English
Hands-on analytics experience (for example, SQL, Power BI, or Databricks) (a plus)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations (a plus)
