About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services
  • Own the property P&L: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and hitting revenue and profit targets
  • Drive revenue with sales and revenue management, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, group and event business
  • Maintain guest satisfaction and service quality; monitor reviews and resolve escalations
  • Hire, train, and lead department heads and staff; set performance goals and build a strong service culture
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and brand or ownership standards
  • Oversee property upkeep, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects
  • Report regularly to ownership/executive leadership on performance and priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • English-fluent
  • 5+ years of hotel management experience, with at least 2–3 years as GM or Assistant GM
  • Proven P&L ownership and budgeting experience
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales
  • Experience leading multi-department teams
  • Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
  • Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
  • Reside in Jefferson Texas or vicinities
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • Upscale/luxury or full-service hotel experience a plus
