About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions in Databricks
  • Write and optimize SQL, including Spark SQL, and Python code for data processing and analysis
  • Work with developers and IT teams to deliver data analytics projects
  • Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD methods to data workflows
  • Build and support Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Contribute to data modeling, data management, and data governance standards
  • Perform day-to-day technical work, not only design and oversight

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Latin America
  • Fluent, business-level English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role
  • Background in software development and IT projects related to data analytics
  • Practical programming knowledge in SQL and Python, and experience working with developers
  • Good understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD methods
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks
  • Advanced user-level experience with cloud services and platforms
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data management and data governance
