Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Consistent 40-hour schedule
- Ability to commit to a fixed Manila Time shift: 10 PM – 7 AM
- Ability to commit to a fixed Paris Time shift: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work
- PC or laptop with Windows 10 or later, or Mac Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma
- Intel Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or equivalent and above, or MacBook Pro/Air with M1 chip
- At least 8 GB RAM
- At least 20 GB free disk space
- High-speed internet connection with 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
