About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise and service provider network infrastructure
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, routing, and switching environments
  • Partner with Network Operations, Security, Cloud, and Engineering teams
  • Lead and support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network performance, availability, and connectivity issues
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures
  • Identify opportunities to automate network administration, monitoring, and deployment processes
  • Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, cybersecurity initiatives, and continuous improvement
  • Participate in on-call support and incident management activities
  • Ensure network environments meet performance, security, and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or a related infrastructure role
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network environments
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and switching technologies
  • Experience with enterprise networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or similar
  • Expected to work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week
  • Participate in on-call support and incident management activities as required
