About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and ship production features from day one
  • Own a product area from architecture through production support
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a team, and set how it works
  • Scope and deliver predictably while working closely with US Product and Engineering
  • Maintain high standards for quality and security in a HIPAA-regulated environment
  • Start hands-on and build a team initially of 3–5 engineers, planned to grow to 15–25 within a year

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years building SaaS products across the full stack
  • Proven leadership as an EM or director
  • Ideally having built a team from scratch while still writing code
  • Strong experience with Python, React, TypeScript, AWS, Postgres, and Snowflake
  • Fluent English
  • Sustained experience working with US teams
  • Ownership mindset and ability to deliver predictably
  • Healthtech or RCM experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with payer integrations, RPA, LLMs, FastAPI, or LangChain is nice to have
