About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge commercial strategy and technical execution
- Understand client needs and translate operational pain points into scalable, automated workflows using n8n, AI agents and APIs
- Collaborate directly with the Customer Success Lead, API & Product Manager and CEO
- Scope, build and deliver bespoke AI solutions and workflows for high-profile external clients under tight deadlines
- Join discovery calls and scope technical requirements
- Build bespoke automation solutions and migrations to resolve client operational pain points
- Build, test and maintain sophisticated AI-powered and logical workflows using n8n
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the Goji platform
- Deliver customised demos and support client adoption, including high-impact AI demos
- Coordinate and craft technical responses for RFPs and RFIs
- Scope and build automated internal agents and tools to optimise operational capacity and efficiency
- Research prospective partners, document technical integrations and track alliance activities
- Complete a take-home exercise and skills assessment as part of the interview process
Requirements
What you’ll need- High confidence in presenting complex technical concepts in simple language to non technical stakeholders
- Effective management of client expectations
- Active curiosity in AI tools to write, test or troubleshoot code
- Ability to design solutions with scale and error handling in mind
- JavaScript proficiency is a bonus
- Experience using n8n or similar low-code tools to test logical workflows
- Track record of taking ownership of tasks and driving technical projects over the line under tight client deadlines
- Self-starter able to investigate problems, ask targeted questions and take initiative in ambiguous situations
- Willingness to work in a low-code/no-code, API integration and client-facing role
- Ability to embrace ambiguity, exercise creative problem solving and define solutions
- Effective collaboration with external clients, commercial team, product and executive leadership
- Successful candidate must complete background checks and provide references prior to start date
- Must be able to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not provided
