About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate employees’ performance during training and report incidents or situations that may compromise operational safety
Ensure the practice of Operational Safety and GOL’s Values during training
Promote best practices and procedures required by GOL
Foster the learning and professional development of employees, including Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics
Deliver in-person and online instruction in classrooms, simulators, and other training devices
Provide technical training in accordance with national and international civil aviation regulations
Develop, prepare, and deliver highly complex aircraft-related technical courses and training programs
Guide, monitor, and assess employees’ learning progress
Conduct examination checks for MMA aviation licenses – CHTs
Keep up to date with technical procedures, aircraft systems, and aircraft components
Conduct mandatory training within established deadlines
Foster a healthy and collaborative environment
Contribute to the development of new maintenance training instructors
Report abnormalities, operational hazards, and situations that violate the Code of Ethics
Manage risks and threats to Safety within acceptable levels
Ensure operational compliance with certificates, regulations, and company standards
Adapt teaching methods to new technologies and pedagogical approaches, including e-learning, video training, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality
Adapt content to learners’ individual needs
Respond to requests from G&C specialists and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher education degree
Mandatory ANAC CHT licenses for Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics: CEL, GMP, and AVI
Experience as an Airbus A330 mechanic and/or instructor
Technical training on the Airbus A330, such as Line & Base, Ramp & Transit, and specialized courses
Experience delivering technical training
Team management during training
Strong public-speaking skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Advanced English
Advanced Spanish is desirable
Borescope/Run-up course certification is desirable
Experience creating and adapting distance-learning courses is desirable
Experience developing instructional scripts, digital lesson plans, and multimedia materials is desirable
Experience applying active-learning methodologies and instructional design best practices is desirable
Proficiency with authoring tools and LMS platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Genially, and Moodle, including SCORM/xAPI content integration and testing in virtual learning environments, is desirable
