About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop studies and analyses related to medium- and long-term capacity and flight scheduling, focusing on maximizing revenue and operational efficiency
- Lead projects involving new routes, capacity and frequency adjustments, as well as reductions and/or cancellations of flights with poor economic performance
- Build and enhance financial models to support data-driven decision-making
- Conduct profitability, demand, connectivity, and market competitiveness analyses to inform strategic airline network decisions
- Work closely with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of network decisions
- Participate in capacity and fleet planning, providing insights to support the evolution of the company’s route network
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with autonomy, organization, and self-management
- Communicate results and recommendations clearly and assertively to different levels of the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Civil Aviation, Aeronautical Sciences, or Economics (degree completed or graduation requirements fulfilled)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with autonomy in managing projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple teams
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or VBA is a plus
- Experience with data analysis tools is a plus
