About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the coordination of multiple project workstreams
- Consolidate status updates, anticipate risks, and translate technical progress into clear information for leadership
- Serve as a point of reference for tracking deliverables
- Collaborate with different teams and business areas to ensure visibility and predictability of the team’s priorities
- Track the progress of requests in project management boards, using them as the primary source of status information
- Confirm critical, stalled, or insufficiently documented items directly with the responsible teams
- Consolidate the status of different project workstreams into a single, cross-functional view
- Identify risks and blockers in advance, raising them before they become urgent
- Prepare periodic consolidated reports to support communication with leadership, validating data accuracy before sharing it
- Support discovery initiatives and the development of internal team solutions when capacity allows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in project analysis, governance, or related roles
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Kanbanize, or similar)
- Strong ability to organize and consolidate information from multiple sources into clear, objective reports
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience working with technology teams (development, QA, or support) is a plus
- Interest in or familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to day-to-day work, such as Copilot, Claude, or similar tools, is a plus
- Experience with customer service systems or digital business operations is a plus
