About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, configure, relocate, and update IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Ensure equipment complies with corporate standards
- Log, categorize, and close requests through the ticketing system
- Meet response-time and quality performance indicators
- Monitor and report physical movements of IT inventory
- Safeguard the company’s technology assets across its various locations
- Validate the physical integrity of the technology equipment estate
- Document inventory changes resulting from field interventions
- Collaborate on technology rollouts and the implementation of new systems or infrastructure nationwide
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in technical, software, and systems support
- Technical qualification in IT or currently pursuing a higher-education degree in IT or a related field
- English or Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work during standard business hours
