About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform daily reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between systems
- Ensure reconciliation accuracy
- Conduct detailed analyses of credit card transactions, identifying errors or inconsistencies
- Investigate and resolve issues related to payments, refunds, and other transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Participate in projects related to the finance department
- Monitor the department’s performance indicators
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of finance and systems
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (degree completed or graduation requirements fulfilled)
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
- Experience with financial reconciliation
- Experience performing the activities described above
- Knowledge of payment gateway and acquiring systems is a plus
- English proficiency is a plus
