About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Triage support tickets, classifying them by type and complexity
  • Resolve basic-level tickets in AMOS
  • Correct simple errors
  • Create positions and serial numbers (SNs)
  • Make low-complexity configuration adjustments
  • Resolve basic tickets and escalate cases requiring deeper technical analysis to the Analyst II
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and the team’s technical development programs
  • Develop technical expertise in component control and airworthiness within a high-demand operational environment
  • Thoroughly analyze system and documentary information to ensure data reliability
  • Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement culture
  • Learn aircraft maintenance logic and how component processes interface with AMOS
  • Provide operational support for the AMOS and FleetCycle systems
  • Perform document analysis, validate maintenance data, monitor airworthiness tasks, control components, update records in AMOS, and support aircraft acceptance and redelivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Sciences, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous aviation experience, particularly in maintenance, Technical Records (CTM), redelivery, component shops, planning, quality, or engineering
  • Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation
  • Basic knowledge of aircraft components, flight hours and cycles, control requirements, and fundamental airworthiness concepts
  • Proactive approach and a level of autonomy appropriate for decision-making
  • Previous experience with AMOS is desirable
  • Experience monitoring internal redelivery, aircraft certification/approval, aircraft acceptance, and audit processes is desirable
  • Familiarity with Lean or PDCA methodologies is desirable
