About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, plan, and coordinate aircraft activities during scheduled maintenance
- Ensure the availability of technical, material, and systems resources before and during aircraft induction
- Coordinate the assessment of resources required for line and heavy maintenance
- Determine man-hours (MH) by maintenance base and manage impacts on task execution during overnight stays
- Support the preparation of the master maintenance schedule
- Monitor the aircraft pre-induction plan and consolidate information from Engineering, Production, and Materials
- Monitor and report risks of delays in aircraft release and propose corrective action plans
- Update and maintain performance indicators tracking the progress of maintenance interventions
- Support lessons-learned management and continuous process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of the AMOS maintenance management system
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI or similar platforms
- Knowledge of aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control for line and heavy maintenance
- Planning experience
