About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, execute, and monitor qualification and training processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational support
- Organize the control and retention of records for completed training programs
- Follow up on corrective actions with the responsible departments
- Generate and analyze planning and qualification metrics
- Prepare automated periodic reports for managers and operational teams
- Translate technical data into actionable insights using clear visualizations and the company’s visual identity
- Implement and maintain operational safety guidelines at all organizational levels
- Support risk mitigation initiatives and ensure appropriate resources and processes
- Plan training in accordance with Operating Specifications, authority-issued certificates, regulations, and company standards
- Identify and report operational hazards
- Respond to audits and inspections related to training planning and qualifications
- Support the development and execution of Corrective Action Plans
- Analyze pre- and post-training processes, including invitations, enrollment, attendance lists, and reports to regulatory agencies
- Monitor certificate issuance and track record expiration dates
- Review tables, lesson plans, and updates to the Training Program
- Prepare the monthly schedule, check for conflicts, monitor eligible employees, and send information to the scheduling team
- Reschedule pending training for employees returning from social security leave
- Generate, maintain, and validate BI data and metrics
- Coordinate information and requests among internal departments, external providers, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel
- Technical autonomy, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to transform data into useful information for decision-making
- Knowledge of Training Management and Business Intelligence
- Knowledge of applicable national and international regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Advanced English
- Advanced Spanish
- Experience in Training Planning and Occupational Safety
