About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct operational visits to GOLLOG TECA facilities
- Map the specific characteristics of each facility
- Standardize the processes outlined in the operational manuals
- Understand and disseminate best practices established by Headquarters
- Facilitate communication between TECA facilities and Headquarters regarding operational matters
- Ensure operational efficiency based on data analysis
- Create performance KPIs and manage third-party providers involved in the operation
- Propose and monitor action plans aimed at achieving operational results, applying the appropriate measures established in the contract in cases of noncompliance
- Foster local synergy among all areas involved in cargo operations
- Propose operational improvement solutions focused on intelligent cost reduction
- Identify and report operational hazards
- Promote and ensure compliance with safety policies in air cargo operations
- Reduce variability in operational processes to optimize GOLLOG’s cargo operation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- English and/or Spanish is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and automation
- Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Analytical understanding of the air cargo business
- Knowledge of airport operations, including aircraft loading and unloading, airport infrastructure, cargo terminals, ground handling, and equipment
- Proficiency with analytical tools
- Knowledge of operational optimization in cargo operations
