About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate and analyze SG&A expenses monthly, comparing Actuals vs. Budget vs. Forecast and identifying variances and optimization opportunities
- Monitor operating and administrative expense indicators, spending trends, budget adherence, and cost efficiency
- Build and maintain financial models for SG&A expense projections
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for Managers, Directors, and VPs
- Collaborate on the Budget and Forecast processes, coordinating assumptions and alignment with corporate functions
- Act as a finance business partner to Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and other corporate functions
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of data from financial systems, ERPs (SAP), BI tools, and planning databases
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve processes
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and financial studies related to expenses, profitability, productivity, and company transformation
- Support internal and external audits, Compliance, and Internal Controls
- Monitor relevant service agreements and recurring expenses
- Serve as a technical reference for financial analysis and expense planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (degree completed or graduation requirements fulfilled)
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for participation in executive meetings
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP (CO/FI modules), Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience in cost analysis, controllership, or FP&A
- Experience in large companies in the airline, logistics, or retail sectors (preferred)
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with SAP HR/Payroll for reconciling personnel costs (preferred)
- Knowledge of data manipulation/extraction (SQL, Python, AI) (preferred)
