About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the execution of fleet projects, including aircraft incorporations and modifications, fleet certifications, and fleet interchangeability
Ensures support teams are aware of project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and objectives
Tracks work plans, scope, budget, tasks, deadlines, and resource requirements
Monitors project activities to ensure completion as planned
Prepares reports, deliverables, and budget controls for communication with the Project Manager
Identifies risks and communicates progress and issues to management and stakeholders
Manages relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the Group and its OpCos
Supports the identification of process improvement opportunities and proposes solutions
Ensures compliance with OpCo and Group policies
Extracts, organizes, and analyzes data, generating insights to support decision-making
Supports leadership and Procurement in defining the sourcing/procurement plan
Prepares and consolidates presentations, reports, comparisons, and summaries for negotiations, senior management, and strategic meetings
Participates in meetings with strategic stakeholders and ensures the accuracy of the data presented

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (degree completed or graduation pending)
Advanced/fluent English for use in executive meetings
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience performing the activities described above
Aviation-related certifications (e.g., pilot training or technical fleet-related certifications) are a plus
Certifications in project management, Design Thinking, or Coaching are a plus
