About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to defining and executing the procurement strategy for the assigned categories
- Collaborate with leadership to define the purchasing plan, monitor execution, prepare monthly reports, and analyze deviations in timelines, benefits, and scope, proposing corrective actions
- Meet specific procurement objectives in accordance with established protocols and systems
- Support supplier negotiations and lead purchasing processes for assigned product or service groups
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and scenario modeling to assess margins, costs, and projections
- Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions aligned with financial and operational objectives
- Support the closing of procurement processes, ensuring deadlines, terms, and conditions comply with the sourcing strategy
- Support the continuous improvement of contracts and strategic negotiations, seeking synergies and savings across Group companies
- Prepare and consolidate reports, comparisons, and presentations for strategic and leadership meetings
- Guide Group departments in identifying and contracting suitable products and services
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement and Supply policies and guidelines of the Operating Companies (OpCos) and the Group
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (degree completed or graduation pending formal conferral)
- Experience in Procurement, Finance, or Commercial Analysis roles
- Advanced English proficiency for business negotiations and executive presentations (the selection process will be conducted in English)
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Certifications in Procurement, Negotiation, or Project Management are a plus
- This position is also open to People with Disabilities
- Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:55 p.m.
