About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor public consultations, hearings, resolutions, RBACs, and other regulatory acts issued by ANAC and other government bodies that may affect the airline industry
Prepare preliminary analyses, executive summaries, and technical notes on regulatory matters under discussion
Support the consolidation of the company’s formal contributions to public consultations and regulatory proceedings
Organize and maintain an up-to-date regulatory database, including monitoring deadlines, public agendas, and regulatory proceedings
Prepare briefing materials for institutional meetings with regulatory agencies and public authorities
Support coordination with internal departments to gather the technical information required for regulatory activities
Contribute to the preparation of management reports and dashboards tracking the regulatory agenda
Support the company’s participation in technical forums and industry associations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Experience in Regulatory Affairs
Advanced spoken English
Intermediate knowledge of aviation industry regulation or experience working with regulatory agencies
Familiarity with ANAC’s structure or the aviation industry is preferred
Availability to travel
