Sell GCHP D-SNP plans over the phone to individuals eligible for the product
Receive inbound calls from prospects and follow scripts to process applications for enrollment
Explain Medicare options, plan benefits, and costs to help individuals make informed decisions
Make outbound calls to follow up and close business in compliance with all regulations
Successfully complete required product and certification training
Maintain California Life, Accident and Health Insurance License
Attend and actively participate in required departmental meetings, training, and coaching sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years experience in a call center related to Medicare and/or Medi-Cal Sales, Claims, Customer Service or Provider Service
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with the Medicare and Medi-Cal programs
Strong oral communication skill and ability to present to individuals or groups
California Life, Accident and Health Insurance License, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
At least 2 years of equivalent training and/or experience in lieu of degree
Advanced computer skills in MS Office products
A valid and current Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and professional licensure(s)
