About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to managing complex industrial and logistics projects from planning through handover
  • Take independent responsibility for defined project areas and work packages
  • Support the development and evaluation of technical and commercial project solutions
  • Coordinate internal specialist departments as well as external designers, subcontractors, and project planners
  • Manage and monitor schedules, costs, and quality within the area of responsibility
  • Support tendering, contract awards, and contract and change-order management
  • Monitor construction progress and coordinate with project stakeholders on site
  • Prepare for and participate in project and construction meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in construction, design, or project management
  • Initial experience independently managing project areas or work packages
  • Understanding of technical and commercial interdependencies in construction
  • Knowledge of construction and contract matters, ideally including VOB and/or HOAI
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to maintain a regular on-site presence at our projects
