About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services for commercial interior fit-out projects
  • Independently procure construction services for commercial interior fit-out projects
  • Develop and implement procurement and tendering strategies
  • Clarify technical details and commercially evaluate subcontractor bids
  • Independently negotiate and award contracts, taking commercial and technical requirements into account
  • Build and manage supplier and subcontractor networks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree related to construction (architecture, business or civil engineering, business administration with experience in the construction industry) or successfully completed vocational training in construction technology or a comparable qualification
  • Solid practical experience in procurement or construction management
  • Knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) and contract law
  • Excellent communication skills and strong negotiating ability
  • Extensive experience in technical procurement
