About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate, manage, and monitor all trades from planning and execution through acceptance and the defects liability period
Ensure quality, schedules, and costs are achieved in line with project objectives
Clarify technical matters and award subcontractor packages
Assume overall commercial and technical responsibility for the project
Provide professional support to the client and collaborate with the project team
Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects in existing properties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in construction or project management for major projects (project volume exceeding €10 million)
Knowledge of cost estimation, VOB, detailed execution planning, contract administration, and construction execution
Proficient in MS Office and tendering software
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
Independent and structured approach to work, along with a high level of commitment, creativity, and team spirit
