About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and acquire regional clients and investors seeking building revitalization solutions
  • Guide clients from initial contact through contract signing
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses and develop new project opportunities
  • Expand the network of owners, investors, and property developers
  • Coordinate proposals and acquisition projects and drive customer inquiries through to completion
  • Monitor quality, schedules, and commercial viability
  • Take responsibility for contract closings in coordination with the Branch Management
  • Develop and present customized concepts for the modernization and conversion of existing buildings
  • Lead interdisciplinary proposal teams during the conceptualization, cost calculation, and negotiation phases
  • Manage client relationships and build long-term partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in sales or project management, ideally in the field of revitalization or existing-building projects
  • Ability to identify customer needs at an early stage and assess market potential and new business opportunities
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills and a confident manner
  • Independent, entrepreneurial approach to work
  • Willingness to take responsibility for topics and projects
