About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage complex industrial and logistics projects from the conceptual phase through to handover
Support project planning, costing, and technical evaluation during the early project phases
Take responsibility for schedules, costs, quality, and contract management within the project
Coordinate the participating departments, subcontractors, and external project partners
Manage and monitor construction progress on site
Work closely with the Project Director and communicate actively with clients and project stakeholders
Ensure smooth project execution and identify risks and required actions at an early stage

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of professional experience managing and delivering demanding construction projects
Experience in project management and in working with specialist planners, subcontractors, and clients
Good knowledge of the construction and contract environment, ideally including VOB and HOAI
Strong understanding of costs, schedules, quality, and technical interdependencies
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for working with diverse project stakeholders
Good command of German and English
Willingness to be regularly present at our construction sites and projects throughout Germany
