About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and SaaS
  • Ensure optimal cloud infrastructure performance and scalability
  • Monitor access, usage, and resources to ensure infrastructure security and compliance
  • Perform system backups and recovery to maintain data integrity and availability
  • Provide technical support for cloud applications and services
  • Train end users as needed
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to monitor cloud privacy
  • Respond to technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Continuously improve cloud infrastructure and maintain cost-effective solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology, or equivalent years of experience
  • Certification in AZ-500, MS-500, MS-700, AZ-104, or SC-400, or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of five years in Information Technology
  • Proven experience in cloud administration, with expertise in Azure and other SaaS applications
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
  • Ability to support core hours from 8am to 5pm EST
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Preferred: six or more years supporting Azure Cloud
  • Preferred: Azure Administrator Associate, MS-102 Administrator Expert, ITIL, CISM, or equivalent certifications
  • Preferred: experience with CMMC Level 2, GovHigh, 32CFR, CUI, FedRAMP, NIST-800, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1, and SOC 2 compliance frameworks
  • Preferred: experience with automation tools and scripting languages
  • Preferred: experience working with 8(a) companies, Alaska Native Corporations, and government contracting
  • Local candidates and Goldbelt shareholders are strongly preferred
