About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to two or more lawyers
  • Communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues, and partners
  • Prepare and/or proofread legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, opinions, complaints, administrative decisions, and orders
  • Maintain accurate case records, contacts, and case materials
  • File legal documents with various local courts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in the legal field
  • Experience in insurance defense preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Zoom
  • Working knowledge of litigation management software systems is a plus
  • Outstanding time-management and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized
  • Ability to communicate in a secondary language is a plus
