About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial
- Work with clients to receive discovery documents
- Review discovery materials

- Set up independent medical examinations
- Review medical records and summarize important information

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience in insurance defense preferred but not required
- Paralegal certificate or other related degree is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
