About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and management of assortments within assigned merchandise categories within the infant, toddler and kids space
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, margins, and product lifecycle data to identify opportunities and risks with detailed reporting
  • Assist in the creation of line review documents, ensuring accuracy in costing, margin targets and factory information
  • Maintain accurate product information, documentation, pricing, and vendor records in Centric PLM
  • Support merchandising leadership to identify product opportunities, emerging design trends, and category growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Design to develop and launch Licensed and Private Brand products
  • Monitor customer trends, competitive activity, and market insights to support assortment decisions
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support cross-functional projects and additional merchandising initiatives as assigned
  • Leverage data to anticipate what’s next and continuously improve performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, sales or a related field
  • Centric PLM experience highly preferred
  • Experience working with Mass Channel retailers highly preferred
  • Strong retail math skills required
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, pivot tables)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated professional judgment in decision‑making, prioritization, and performance analysis
  • A strong execution mindset, consistently driving results against defined objectives
  • The ability to plan ahead and continuously identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Adaptability and creativity when navigating change or solving complex business challenges
