About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Taking and analyzing client briefs
  • Writing strategic proposals and recommendations
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the client and the cornerstone of their satisfaction
  • Serving as a key liaison between client needs, the creative team, and production
  • Using strong logistics expertise to support and guide on-site teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree from a business school or specialized training in event management and project coordination
  • At least 5 years of experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships, as an experienced Project Manager in a specialized event agency
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills
  • Full professional fluency in French
  • Operational proficiency in spoken and written English, assessed during the recruitment process
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and provide advice
  • Exceptional adaptability and stress-management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
  • Able to independently manage complex projects
  • Valid passport
  • Excellent analytical, summarization, and writing skills
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment with Slack, Office 365, and Monday
  • Strong affinity for the luxury sector
  • At least one substantial experience working on high-end luxury or lifestyle projects
  • Budgeting skills are essential
