About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent GoNetspeed directly in local neighborhoods
Meet customers face to face through door-to-door outreach
Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan
Stay current on product offerings and competitor options
Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commission
Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience is helpful but not required; paid training provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
Availability from 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours per week
Valid driver’s license
Dependable vehicle
Willingness to travel locally
Frequent standing, walking, and stair climbing (75–100%)
Occasional kneeling, lifting, and pushing/pulling (25–49%)
Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)
