About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality Solar PV installations for commercial and residential properties
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
Perform general labouring duties as required
Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation
Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
Complete tasks reliably and punctually
Stay organised and efficient
Work at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
Adapt and learn new skills
Travel to multiple sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
Confident with working at heights
CSCS card is desirable, or willingness to train towards it
Full driver’s license
Own transport
Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Physically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the job
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Willingness to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required
Basic working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
