About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality Solar PV installations for commercial and residential properties
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
Perform general labouring duties as required
Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation
Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
Ensure reliability and punctuality so tasks are completed on time
Stay organised and efficient
Work outdoors in all weather conditions and often at heights
Travel to multiple sites
Report to Tom Hillyar

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience in PV installations or roofing
Confident working at heights
CSCS card, or willingness to train towards it
Full driver's license
Own transport
Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the job
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Willingness to work additional hours and overnight stays away as required
Adaptable and open to learning new skills
