About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of Goodie AI’s AI platform, focusing on scalability, speed, and user experience
Architect and develop React front-end solutions
Implement secure, scalable back-end infrastructure and API integrations
Manage deployment pipelines using DevOps practices
Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to turn web designs into intuitive interfaces
Work with Data Scientists on data collection, analysis, and platform application
Participate in coding, debugging, testing, and the full application lifecycle
Maintain and optimize existing application performance
Evaluate emerging technologies and potential integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of full-stack development experience building high usage B2B software applications
Proficiency in React for front-end development
Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
Understanding of DevOps practices, software deployment, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Experience with RESTful APIs, API integration, JSON, and XML
Familiarity with version control, testing, and continuous integration/deployment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Passion for ad tech and fast-paced startup environments
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
Must answer whether sponsorship to work in the US is required now or in the future
