About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively contribute to the club sales budget using sales promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of telephone lead contacts to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive and personalised member journeys
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club according to the club roster
  • Participate actively in member retention programs
  • Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged
  • Recommend club-based products to improve member results and experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life
  • Desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathising and influencing others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
