Balance near-term deliverables with long-term strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years experience in a service provider or enterprise network.
Competency in several core and/or access networking concepts, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ELINE/ELAN/EVPN, fiber optics, DWDM, transceivers, BMS, and AC/DC power systems.
4 years of technical program management or equivalent experience leading complex, cross-functional, and high-impact programs.
Expertise in building and maintaining effective program teams and establishing best practices for continuous improvement.
Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred: proficiency in highly scalable core and access networks.
Preferred: experience provisioning, operating, and troubleshooting Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia, or Ciena network equipment.
Preferred: knowledge of telecom electrical systems, including 120/208/240VAC, -48VDC, and PoE.
Preferred: experience with network space planning.
Preferred: experience influencing architectural and structural decisions.
Preferred: experience identifying systemic issues and translating them into transformational initiatives.
