Deputy IT Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure across sites
- Oversee day-to-day IT service delivery and support
- Lead the delivery of IT projects
- Support governance, risk, security and resilience
- Collaborate with stakeholders and implement solutions
- Maintain IT policies and procedures aligned with business needs and security standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in an IT-related subject, or extensive relevant IT industry experience
- Experience in IT Management and leadership, including leading or supporting a team
- Broad understanding and skills across IT applications, infrastructure, security and service delivery
- Skills in user support and service management, including helpdesk operations, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to manage and contribute to IT projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination and documentation
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG environment is beneficial
- Familiarity with the spirits industry is an advantage
